This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and EarlyLoom (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) for use of the EarlyLoom website, mobile-app builder, hosting, and related services.

By accepting this Agreement during registration, you also agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Service.

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service to create and operate a website and Android app for your own channel or organisation, subject to this Agreement and your subscription status.

You do not own the platform software, templates, or infrastructure. You own your content (channel information, branding, and materials you supply).

2. Account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

3. Trial and subscription

  • New apps may include a limited trial period (currently 14 days from app creation).
  • After the trial, continued use of the website and paid features requires an active monthly subscription.
  • The standard list price is ₹2,999 per month unless we assign a different price to your account.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Successful charges generate invoices in your account.
  • If a monthly payment is missed, or the trial ends without payment, we may disable your app and archive the associated website until payment is restored.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Changing a promotional price does not automatically rewrite an already-active subscription.

4. Your content and YouTube data

You represent that you have the right to use any YouTube channel, branding, images, and content you connect to the Service. You grant us a license to copy, display, and process that content solely to provision your website, app, and related builds.

We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google. Channel availability and imported content depend on third-party services and may change or fail without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • Publish unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
  • Attempt to access other customers’ data, systems, or websites
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform except as we expressly allow

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Hosting, apps, and third parties

Websites are hosted on our WordPress infrastructure. Android builds may be produced through third-party CI services. Play Store submission, custom domains, and similar features may require an active paid subscription and are not guaranteed to be approved by Google or domain registrars.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update features, pricing (for new subscriptions), or this Agreement with notice on this page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of the Service, third-party outages, or disabled apps after unpaid invoices or an expired trial. Our total liability for a claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may disable or terminate access for non-payment, breach of this Agreement, or if we discontinue the Service. After termination, hosted sites and apps may be archived or deleted.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights.
