Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how EarlyLoom (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services. It should be read with our Terms of Use.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and password (stored hashed).
- Public channel data: if you give us a YouTube channel URL, we import only information that is already public on that channel (for example title, description, public thumbnails and banners, and publicly listed videos or shorts). We do not connect to your YouTube account, and we do not request private videos, subscriber lists, or other non-public YouTube data.
- Payment data: we do not store full card numbers. Checkout is handled by our payment processor, which may send us payment ids, subscription status, and invoice details.
- Usage data: session cookies, login timestamps, and basic server logs (such as IP address) needed to run and secure the Service.
2. How we use it
- Create and manage your account and organisation
- Copy the public channel data you asked us to import onto your website and into Android app builds
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and access (including disabling unpaid apps)
- Provide support and improve the Service
- Meet legal and security obligations
3. Who we share it with
Passwords stay on our systems (hashed). They are never sent to the payment processor, the Android build service, or website hosting.
When you subscribe, we send only what checkout needs:
- Payment processor — your name and email (to pre-fill checkout). You enter card or UPI details on their page; we do not see or store the full card number. They send us back payment ids, subscription status, and invoice details.
- Authorities — if required by law
Public channel data is not sold or given to advertisers. To publish the site and app you requested, we copy only already-public information (channel name, public icon, and your site URL) to:
- Website hosting — so imported public content can appear on your site
- An Android build service we use to compile the app — so the same public name, icon, and site URL can be built into the APK
We do not send passwords, email addresses, or payment information to that build service.
Once published, that public content is visible to anyone who visits your site or uses your app, the same way it was already visible on YouTube.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies and session storage to keep you signed in and protect forms (including CSRF). We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Retention
We keep account and invoice records while your account is active and as needed for billing, tax, and legal purposes. If your app is disabled or your account is closed, hosted sites may be archived or deleted.
6. Your choices
You may update account details after login, cancel a subscription through the payment flow we provide, or ask us to close your account. You can also contact us about access or correction of personal data we hold, subject to applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical measures (hashed passwords, HTTPS where configured, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
10. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to the support contact published on the EarlyLoom website.
