Terms of Use
Last updated: 23 August 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to EarlyLoom (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service helps you create a website and Android app from a YouTube channel or similar content, host that site, and optionally publish to the Play Store. Features, templates, and infrastructure remain ours. Content you supply remains yours.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be at least 18 years old or authorised to bind the organisation you represent. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Trial and subscription
- New apps may include a 14-day trial from the date the app is created.
- After the trial, the website and paid features require an active monthly subscription.
- The list price is ₹2,999 per month unless we assign a different price to your account.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Successful charges create invoices in your account.
- If a monthly payment is missed, or the trial ends without payment, we may disable your app and archive the associated website until payment is restored.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through that payment processor or as we otherwise provide.
4. Your content
You confirm you have the right to use any YouTube channel, branding, and materials you connect. You grant us permission to process that content only to run your website, app, and builds. We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to infringe rights, publish unlawful content, access other customers’ data, or reverse engineer or resell the platform except as we allow. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Third-party services
Hosting, Android builds, payments, and store listings depend on third parties (including website hosting, an Android build service, a payment processor, and app stores). We do not control their approval, uptime, or policies.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is”. We may change features or these Terms. The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for disabled apps after an unpaid invoice or expired trial. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may disable or terminate access for non-payment, breach, or if we discontinue the Service. Hosted sites and apps may then be archived or deleted.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights.
